Overview

If you wish to cancel your order, which has not been specially made or ordered, you can legally do so within 14 days of receiving your products. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us at: [email protected] for authorization and advice on the best way to return the items.

Products must be returned in perfect condition to the following address: Vietnam. 112 Hô Quang Canh. Ham Tien

Returning products is done at your own risk and cost. Please ensure that the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and include contact information. For online orders, please include the order number. We recommend using recorded delivery or reputable courier services like UPS, DHL, E-post, or FedEx for the return shipment.

We do not accept responsibility for goods returned by customers but not received by us. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund all sums paid by you, less the delivery charge.

Delivery is included in the price of the product, therefore, when returning or replacing the product, the delivery cost is not refundable.

Returns requested after 14 days are at our discretion. For further information, please contact us.

Goods must not have been used or tested to be eligible for return. We aim to process returns promptly, but please allow 7-14 days for handling.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Specially made or custom ordered products cannot be canceled or returned for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {email address}. Guarantee (wearing parts are excluded from the guarantee)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Goods covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in case of defects, defective parts will be replaced by the manufacturer.
