If you have experience and you know what filter or filter system you need, simply put the item in your shopping cart and pay for the item.

• Standard payment via PayPal (default)

• For regular retail customers: Payment Bank Transfer (-6% of the price)

Delivery

The price of the filter includes packaging and delivery costs.

We use companies to deliver our products: UPS, DHL, E-post, FedEx.

The main company for transporting UPS aircraft

Also companies for delivery in Asia such as: DHL, E-post or FedEx.

We ship all retail orders by plane with a delivery time of approximately 10 days. There are exceptions (large orders)

We ship wholesale orders by ship (for more details, contact our consultants)

Delivery Information for Customers

After your payment, your order is prepared with the following steps:

1. Testing and Preparation:
   • 1-2 days for testing all systems, waterproofing the box, and ensuring the operation of electronic automation systems.
   • We make a video of the filter tests and send it to you (in most cases).
2. Packaging:
   • Packed in a durable wooden box (see photo below).
3. Shipping:
   • Delivery by air takes approximately 7-10 days (depending on your region).
   • We send the filter to you via UPS, DHL, E-post, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number for your order.
   • Delivery is made directly to the address you provide, ensuring your package arrives right at your door.
4. Support and Consultation:
   • We provide remote assistance and guidance for installing the drum filter into your system.
   • Lifetime consultation on our drum filters.
   • You can order any accessories for your filter from our store.
