Shipping was very fast, much faster than expected. Filter arrived to the US very well packaged in a wood crate and undamaged. There are no instructions included, however questions that I asked were answered quickly. I’ve waited to post the review to see how the unit operates and it has been working perfectly for over a month. My koi pond looks fantastic and I have had no issues.
